Aloha, I was reading the Honolulu advertizer, while my students were working on a test, and came across this recipe for cioppino. I have made many gumbos and various other fish dishes, but this one caught my eye. I went to the store, got some clams mussles and scallops. I already had some shrimp and some fresh mahi, so I made this tasty dish with a nice Argentinian merlot and some cilantro, chinese parsley. What a wonderful dish. My wife and son were impressed. What I like best is you can throw in about any left over seafood and it will still be delicious. What a nice discovery, Mems.
